Here's what I ate yesterday. So delicious! So easy! So good for me! I love that I got to eat two desserts (berries and a blended rootbeer float!) and not feel any guilt, in fact feel proud of myself that I was giving my body tons of nutrients!
Veggie and eggs scramble (green and red)
Mango parfait (red, half purple, half yellow)
Fruited Kale Salad (green, half purple, blue)
Berry Medley (purple)
Roast Chicken, Green Beans, Quinoa (red, green, yellow)
Rootbeer Float Shake-o (red, half yellow)
