Pepper Jack Egg Scramble

My new obsession... Usually if I add cheese to my egg scramble is cheddar or 4-cheese Mexican blend. But a few days ago when I went to grab one of those I saw some pepper jack that needed to be used and I didn't have a plan for it. I decided to try it. Oh.my.goodness! It was amazing!
