Here's what I ate today:
Breakfast: Veggie Egg scramble (green and red)Snack: Chocolate Banana Nutter Shakeology (red, purple, and 2 tsps)
Lunch: Cottage cheese with berries, oats, and sliced almonds (red, purple, yellow, and orange)
Snack: Sweet baby bells (green)
Dinner: Tilapia with summer squash and quinoa (red, green, and yellow)
Snack: 1/2 a small avocado (blue)
I thoroughly enjoyed it all!
