Peaches and Cream Shake-o
- 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
- 1-1.5 cups almond milk (or water or other milk of choice)
- 1-2 fresh peaches (go ahead and leave the skin on, more nutrients) or 1-2 cups frozen peach slices
- 1-2 cups ice
