If you are under the impression that eating clean means you have to deprive yourself of tasty food that you love, perhaps what I ate today will cure of that misconception, because I ate GOOD!!! I don't think there is any junk food that would have tasted any better. Seriously, try this menu out and tell me if you feel you are missing out.
Veggie and Egg Scramble - red, green
Chocolate PB&B Sandwich - 1/2 red, 1/2 purple, yellow, 1 tsp
Watermelon and Pineapple - 3/4 purple
Chocolate Banana Nutter Pudding - 1/2 red, 1/2 purple, 1 tsp
Lemon Yogurt - red
Strawberry, Avocado, Spinach, & Chicken Salad - 2 green, red, 1/4 purple, blue, orange
Oatmeal Cookies - yellow
